Combichrist Store is open online 24 hours a day / 7 days a week / 365 days a year.

Holidays
While Combichrist Store is open online 24/7/365 there is no staff available to process
orders or provide customer service on New Year’s Day (January 1), Independence
Day (July 4), Halloween (October 31), Thanksgiving Day (November – fourth
Thursday of the month), Christmas Eve (December 24), Christmas Day (December
25) and New Year’s Eve (December 31).

How can I pay?
Payment Methods
We accept Credit / Debit Cards and PayPal® for payment. We do not accept
payment by mail of any kind.
Paying with Credit / Debit Card
We accept the following credit / debit cards:

The merchant name will appear on your credit card / bank statement as Combichrist Store.
Please provide the “Bill to” address exactly as it appears on your
credit card / bank statement. During our online real time authorization process
we will validate that the “Bill to” information you provided matches
the information on file with your credit / debit card issuing company. Your
card will be declined and your order will not be placed if the information provided
does not match the information on file with your credit / debit card company.
Additionally when paying by credit / debit card online you will be required
to provide the CCV Number (Credit Card Verification Number). The CCV is a three-digit
number on the back of your credit / debit card. On the back your card number
is reprinted in the signature box and at the end of that number is the CCV.
We require this information to help insure that you actually have the card in
your possession at the time of purchase. This is to help protect you from fraud
by misuse of your credit / debit card.
Paying with PayPal®
We can also accept payment via PayPal®. PayPal® payments can be made
with Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover Card®,
bank transfer, bank account debit, e-check and PayPal® funds. To pay using
PayPal®, you must have a PayPal® account. For information on setting

What shipping method do you use?
Shipping
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Domestic Orders
and International Order are handled differently.
Domestic Shipping
Domestic Orders are shipped via Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. To
utilize Delivery Confirmation for your order the Postal Service must be able
to confirm the address you supply when ordering. If they cannot confirm your
supplied address we will contact you to verify that it is correct. If you have
supplied a Military or College Campus address please anticipate that we will
be contacting you for address verification. All Military APOs and FPOs are shipped
via Priority Mail to the forwarding station address where they are then processed
via Military Mail Service. Military APOs and FPOs will also have completed customs
forms attached.
International Shipping
International Orders are shipped via Airmail. Customs forms are attached to
all International Orders and with item lists and declared values. The recipient
is responsible for any customs fees, taxes or charges which may be levied on
the package by the receiving country’s customs office.

How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping Charges
All shipping charges are ACTUAL shipping costs calculated precisely on shipping
the combined weight of your items from our address to yours. NO handling charges
are added to your order. To see how much an order will cost to ship, place the
items you want in your cart, go to checkout, input your shipping address and
you will see the exact shipping charges. Please note that vinyl and posters
are shipped in separate packaging from general merchandise. This information
is noted in the item’s product description in the Store. Orders that contain
multiple packages will have higher shipping charges.

How will my order be packaged?
Packaging
General merchandise is shipped in mylar waterproof bubblewrap-lined polybags.
Posters are shipped in reinforced cardboard poster tubes. Vinyl is shipped in
bubblewrap-lined reinforced cardboard boxes.

Do you accept orders from outside the U.S.?
We accept orders from ANYWHERE. We have sent orders to everywhere from Japan
to India to Russia to Iraq.

Will I be charged tax?
Sales Tax
As Combichrist Store is a Texas based business we collect state sales tax for orders
shipped to a Texas address ONLY. The proper Texas state sales tax amount is
automatically added to the order total if the shipping address of your order
is in Texas.

How do I know my order went through?
Order Confirmation
You will be notified by email at the email address you provided with your order
when your order is received by Combichrist Store. If you do not receive an order confirmation
within 2 hours of placing your order please contact our customer service department
by email or phone (see Contact Information).

How long will it take to process my order?
Processing Of Your Order
We process orders 7 days a week and we make every attempt to process your order
within 48 hours of receipt. We guarantee that it will be processed in a timely
manner. Please keep in mind that while your order may have been processed it
cannot be delivered for shipping on Sundays or US Postal Holidays. In the case
of orders containing preordered items (items offered for sale that have not
yet been released) these orders will be delayed until the date of release of
the preordered item. From time to time orders for certain items will require
an extended period of time to process. In these cases this will always be noted
in the item’s description in the Store. Orders received on Holidays will
be processed on our next business day.

Is it possible to change something about my order?
How to Change Your Order
We process orders very quickly, in almost all cases less than 48 hours. If you
find that you have made an error in your order, please notify us immediately
by
e-mail or phone (see Contact Information). If your order has not yet shipped,
we may be able to change it. However if the merchandise has already been shipped,
we will be unable to modify any portion of your order. In that case, please
see Exchanges.

Once my order is shipped how long will it take to arrive?
Please allow 3-4 mail days for domestic orders and 7-10 business days for international
orders from the time you are notified by email that your order has shipped.
International orders to some countries my experience delays in customs due to
heightened security measures caused by recent world events. In particular Canadian
customs can cause delays of up to 10 additional business days on items tagged
for x-ray. This has become common practice for poster tube packages.

What do I do if I receive my order and there is a problem?
Returns and Exchanges
If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise your
order qualifies as a Return (please see Returns). If you wish to send your order
back for any other reason your order is considered an Exchange (please see Exchanges).

Returns
If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise you
may Return your order. Please do NOT just ship the order back. Please contact
our customer service department immediately by email or phone (see Contact Information)
for further details on how to handle this. Please have your Order Number handy
when contacting us so we can assist you promptly. With all Returns we will replace
your order if possible or refund your purchase in full promptly, whichever you
desire. In the case of Limited Edition or Sold Out merchandise a full refund
may be the only option. Whatever the situation we guarantee things will be handled
to your satisfaction.
Exchanges
If you wish to send your order back for any reason other than damaged, defective
or incorrectly shipped merchandise your order is considered an Exchange. Any
items you wish to Exchange must be in new condition (shirts cannot have been
worn or washed, CDs cannot have been opened, posters cannot have been hung,
Vinyl cannot have been played, etc.). You are responsible for return shipping
charges (and insurance if you select it - which we highly recommend you do as
we are not responsible for uninsured items that are damaged or lost while being
returned to us). Once we receive the item we will issue you a refund for the cost of the item
or ship you the alternative merchandise you selected (of reasonably comparable
value) at no additional charge to you. If you desire to make an Exchange, please do NOT just ship the order back. Please contact
our customer service department by email or phone (see Contact Information)
for approval of your Exchange and verification of availability of alternative merchandise. Please have your Order Number handy
when contacting us so we can assist you promptly.

What do I do if my order does not arrive?
Please contact our customer service department by email or phone (see Contact
Information). Upon review of the circumstances we will either issue a tracking
order for your package to investigate the situation further or ship a replacement
to you. In either case we will make sure you receive total satisfaction with
your order.

I ordered Downloads, how do I access them?
You are responsible for downloading the files yourself within the allotted
timeframe as outlined in the product description for all downloads. You can
do this from the checkout screen after paying or by clicking the links in the
order confirmation that is emailed to you. The downloads are good for a period
of 2 downloads over 2 days. After 48 hours or 2 downloads the links expire.

Can you help me with problems downloading the MP3s I ordered?
If you have problems downloading your MP3s please contact our customer service
department by email or phone (see Contact Information). Please be prepared to
let us know what speed internet connection you have, what operating system you
are using (including version) and what browser (including version) you are using.
If you have a non-broadband connection this is most likely the problem as the files
are large and non-broadband users are warned about these issues in the product description
of all downloads.

I can’t get my MP3s to download, can you send me a CD?
We will gladly send you the regular audio CD version of your order if you cannot get the MP3s to
download. However, you will be asked to pay for the difference in price, including
shipping charges. We do not sell MP3 CDs.

I need extra small / extra large shirts, can you make them for me?
It is the policy of the Combichrist Store that all newly printed shirts be available
in sizes Small to XXL (some XSmall, XXXL and XXXXL where possible). However
these sizes can sell out quickly and may not always be available in every design.
Whenever a shirt goes to reprint or a new design is run more shirts in these
sizes will be made.

Is it safe to pay for my order with a credit card?
Security
Combichrist Store is sensitive to your concerns regarding the security of using your
credit cards to purchase products and services through the Internet. Safeguarding
your privacy and confidentiality is of the utmost importance to us. Our site
uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) which encrypts your data while it is being transferred
over the Internet. This makes it very difficult for someone to steal your credit
card information. Payments made by PayPal® also occur using SSL. For more

Do you sell or share the information I provide with my order?
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us and will be respected at all times. To better
protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information
practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected
and used at our site.
The Information We Collect
You provide specific personal information during the purchase of goods and/or
services from Combichrist Store. The information includes: your name, address, email
address, telephone number and payment information.
How We Use Information
We use the information you provide about yourself to fulfill your order for
our goods and/or services, to respond to your inquiries about your order and
to notify you about the status of your order. The non-personal information gathered
may be used to improve the design and content of our site and analyze site usage.

to a court order or subpoena). We also may disclose such information in response
to a law enforcement agency’s requests. And finally we may disclose personal
information in response to a charge-back inquiry from our merchant bank about
your payment for goods and/or services. We will NOT sell or transfer personally
identifiable information provided to us to parties outside of the Combichrist Store

Combichrist Newsletter Emails
Should you opt-in to receive it when creating your account, Combichrist will notify you by email of any news, merchandise and specials that
may interest you in the form of a Combichrist Newsletter Email. Once subscribed you can remove yourself from
this list by clicking the link at the bottom of any Combichrist Newsletter you receive.
Collection of Information by Third Party Sites
The Combichrist Store may contain links to other sites whose information practices
may be different from ours. Visitors should consult the other sites’ privacy
notices as we have no control over information that is submitted to, or collected
by, these third parties.
Cookies
To enhance your experience with our Store, many of our web pages use “cookies”
and shopper IDs. Cookies are text files we place in your computer’s browser
to store your preferences. Cookies, by themselves, do not tell us any of your
personal information. However, once you choose to furnish our site with personally
identifiable information, this information may be linked to the data stored

Special Note For Parents
While we encourage children to consult with their parents before furnishing
personal data, parents should supervise their children’s online activities

How do I use the Store?
How to Shop
1. Select a category from the top navigation bar to see sub-categories.
2. Select a sub-category to a listing of product names and prices.
3. Select a product to see product details.
4. When you find an item you want to buy, just click on its "Add to Cart"
button to automatically place the item in your cart.
5. Navigate to different product categories by using the gtop navigation bar.
6. At any time, you can edit your cart by clicking “View Cart”.
7. To remove an item or change item quantities click the appropriate buttons. Always
click the "Update” button to permanently change your order in your
shopping cart.
5. When you’re done shopping and have everything you want, click "Checkout".
How to Checkout
Contact Information
1. Tell us where you want us to ship your merchandise. You must include your
First and Last Name, Street Address, City, State, Zip Code and Country.
2. If the address where your credit card company sends your monthly statement
is different from the address where the merchandise is being shipped, check
the "Check if different" box and complete the boxes for First and
Last Name, Street Address, City, State, Zip Code and Country.
3. We request your phone number(s) so we can contact you if there are any issues
or questions regarding your order.
4. We require your e-mail address so that we can contact you about the status
of your order.
5. When you’re done completing this information, click on the "Continue"
button.
Payment Information
1. Confirm your "Ship To" and "Bill To" addresses are correct.
If the information is incorrect simply click on the "Change Address"
button.
2. Review your order to ensure that the items you want to purchase are correct.
If the information is incorrect go to the top of the screen and click on the
button "Return to Shopping Cart" to correct your order.
3. Please note the calculated actual shipping charges for your order. These
charges will be added to your total.
4. Select your payment method and click “Checkout”.
5. If paying with a credit card, enter your credit card billing information
including the name on the card, credit card number, expiration date and CCV.
6. Click on the "Checkout" button to finalize your order.
7. If paying by PayPal® log in to PayPal® and follow their instructions

Order Confirmation
Upon completing your order you will receive an order confirmation. This confirmation
includes an Order Number. Please save your Order Number and refer to it if you

What are the actual measurements of your T-shirts?
T-shirt sizes in the Store are men's sizes unless noted otherwise. All measurements provided are approximations only. Length
and Width vary slightly. Length is measured from the neck line to the bottom
hem. Width is measured from under arm to under arm across the chest. Remember
these are the shirt measurements, not your body's measurements to fit the shirt.
You will need to be a bit smaller than the measurements given for that size
shirt to fit comfortably.
All shirts are pre-shrunk unless indicated in the product description; however, all garments will shrink slightly when
they are first washed. Length will lose about 1", and width will lose about
½". Wash according to manufacturer's recommendation on the neck
tag.

Discounts
Every order gets at least one free item added no matter how small the order
might be (a one sticker order gets a free sticker). The larger the order the
more free things we add. These are items of our choosing that are added at our
discretion. We also add special items to random orders, things like autographs
or an unusual piece of Combichrist history. You may open your order and find an added
surprise. None of this practice is really advertised. It is something that is
known among our fans and repeat customers. Our products are already priced lower
than any other outlets (Amazon, Hot Topic) and our quality is high. We also
often have specials and sales going on. This is our way of giving a "discount".
Free Shipping
Our shipping costs are actual, they are calculated by the weight of your items
and the cost to ship from our address to yours using Priority Mail with Delivery
Confirmation (or Airmail on international orders). There are no handling charges
or extra costs of any kind unlike almost all other webstores (see Shipping Charges). This is our way
of giving fair shipping prices.

Can I place a wholesale order?
While some items are exclusive to the Combichrist Store we do welcome wholesale inquiries

Wholesale orders are only available to legitimate retail stores that can provide
